Lost 15lbs, more energy, not as lazy, no aches, less stress, and a lot happier. Great environment, nice, encouraging and really motivating.

I’ve lost 50lbs since starting here Mid-January. I have more energy, I’m not as tired, my endurance is way better, and I’ve gained more muscle and strength. They are like a Second family here and its always-such a great environment.

I love it here at One Love Fit Club! I’ve been a member here for over 2 years now and I lost over 80lbs within the first year here! The workouts are always challenging and they change up the routines all the time. All the trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and polite and it makes me feel at home! This is like my second family here!
